Building Features

The International Living Learning Centre Residence operates as a hotel-style residence from May to August and serves as a deluxe student residence in the fall and winter. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the residence offers 263 rooms. In addition to providing an economic and affordable stay for travelers and groups, the International Living Learning Centre also features a daily bed and breakfast package (B&B) or weekly student packages.

For our guest's convenience, each floor is equipped with a kitchen with an oven, fridge, and microwave. Please note that cutlery, dishes and cookware are not provided. Each floor also features a common area with seating and TV, where larger groups of people can relax together. Laundry facilities are also available on each floor.
